At Glen Riddle, our staff is committed to creating a safe, caring environment where residents can thrive. On staff, you'll find nurses, LPNs, medication care managers, and experienced caregivers who provide residents with assistance in the activities of daily living. We also have a beautician on site, as well as accounting services for our residents. Our residents also enjoy the convenience of on-call specialists.

We're proud of the longevity of our staff. Many have been with us for many years, and plan to be for many years to come. This means that our residents get the benefit of interacting day in and out with the same people, creating connections and knowing that they will be well taken care of.

Meet The Residence Staff

Lisa Grech

Executive Director

Lisa discovered her passion for seniors at the age of 16 while working as a waitress in a senior living community. She knew right away that she wanted to make it her career. Shortly after graduating from Saint Joseph’s University, she began working in a skilled care setting and became a licensed nursing home administrator. She switched to personal care twenty years ago and has been working at The Residence at Glen Riddle since 1996. She credits her passion for working with seniors to the wonderful relationship she had with her grandparents while growing up, and she is proud of the fact that she knows each and every one of the residents on a personal level. In her free time, Lisa enjoys playing with her dogs, cooking for her husband and sons, bike riding and kayaking.

Connie Paolino

Activities Director

Connie was initially hired in 1998 as the business office manager. Though efficient at her job, it soon became apparent that her skills and talents would have a greater impact on the lives of our residents as the Activities Director. She has taught the residents to reach beyond their expectations and explore their possibilities, and these days it’s not unusual to find 45 residents participating in daily meditation in the living room. Connie, herself an artist, attended Moore College of Art. She has had a varied career as a massage therapist, musician and small business owner. She is a reiki master and while not at work enjoys traveling and spending time by the sea.

Amy Liberatore

Health Services Director

Amy began working at The Residence at Glen Riddle in April of 2013. Like her mother before her, she is a born caregiver and nurturer. She fulfilled her dream of becoming an RN after raising her three children and is enjoyable to have as a part of our community. Her “resident first” way of thinking is evident in everything that she does. When not at work, Amy enjoys walking, exercising and spending time with her family.

Melissa Lublin

Community Outreach Director

Melissa joined The Residence at Glen Riddle in 2013 and previously worked in community relations in both Delaware and Chester counties for most of her career. She is no stranger to working with and for seniors. Her background includes personal care, home health and hospice. She graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in journalism. Personal life experiences brought her to working with seniors, a vocation that she finds very rewarding. When not at work, Melissa enjoys spending time with her son, Jonah, watching movies, and teaching Zumba.

Kevin Riesch

Dietary Service Manager

Kevin has been in the food service industry for over 30 years, beginning by attending culinary school in the United States Navy, where he served onboard the USS Ticonderoga cooking and baking for a crew of 350. Over the years, he has worked in hospitals, retirement communities, restaurants and meal service centers serving as many as 11,000 meals a day. At the age of 30, he returned to school to obtain his degree in business administration. What Kevin enjoys most about his job at Glen Riddle is watching how the employees and management team truly know and care about the residents. When not working, Kevin enjoys playing the drums, spending time with his children and spoiling his Jack Russell terrier, Jacki.

Joeylynn Fiora

Assistant Executive Director

Joeylynn has been working at The Residence at Glen Riddle since 1996. She has worked in every department at the community, and is often credited as the glue that keeps the place together. She can always be counted on to do whatever needs to be done with accuracy and efficiency. Her door is always open to the residents and their families, who can often be found in her office. When not at work, Joeylynn enjoys relaxing by the pool and vacationing at the Jersey shore.

Ashley Hall

Business Office Manager

Ashley started with Glen Riddle as a personal care aid in 2008 while pursuing a degree in communications. In 2014, Ashley transitioned to her full-time role as Business Office Manager. She is a familiar favorite with all of the residents and their family members. When not working, Ashley enjoys dancing, shopping and playing with her Boston terrier, Petey.
